Most of the time that I have had this web site online, I’ve used it strictly as a portfolio for my photography. Lately I’ve decided to expand the range of the site to include things that interest me or projects I feel like doing. This is one of those projects. I found a box of old photos, mostly of me but also other family members. I scanned them, cleaned them up as well as I could in Photoshop, then posted them here. I tried to put them in order chronologically, and include dates and locations where I can remember them. If any one sees these and has better information than I have, let me know and I’ll change it. I’ve always been intrigued by the aging process, and how much people change in appearance as they get older. I like to compare old and current photos and see what’s changed and what hasn’t. Along the same lines, its interesting to look at familial photos that include two or more generations, and look for similarities. This is an ongoing project, and as I locate more photos I will add to it, so keep checking back occasionally. If you are interested in taking the tour, click on the baby picture below: |
